Mine has the 'dish' closer in to the pin on the hand lever so it locks under the cross bar... which would have made ttzxkid's life a hell of a lot easier. Obviously they keep changing the design. I kinda like what's on their webpage now. I don't think it's a harbor freight thing. I bought mine second hand and I recall it wasn't inexpensive... but the first person used it on VG30DE heads, so I knew it would work & was worth the price at the time.
